Hi,

If you want to have full greek language support, you can try the
following instructions:

1. First of all you have to install the package "xfgreek" from suse's
cds.

2. Then under Yast2_Control_Center->
               System->
               RC_Config_Editor->
               Base-Administration->
               Localisation

    set up the following values
	      rc_lang = el_GR
	      rc_lc_all = el_GR
	      root_uses_lang = yes

3. Restart.

4. Edit the file /etc/X11/XF86Config

                 Section "InputDevice"
                   Driver  "keyboard"
                   ..................
                   ..................
edit this line Option "XkbLayout" "gr"
                   ..................
                   ..................
add the line Option "XkbOptions" "grp:alt_shift_toggle"

                 EndSection

5. Then under Control_Center->
	      Personalization->
               Country_&_Language
    set up the following values
               Country: Greece(gr)
               Language: Default(C)
               Charset: iso8859-7

    Click on "Apply" button.

6. Restart.

After that you have to use the iso8859-7 charset in every KDE app.
