Greek in SuSE

 The reason I'm posting this mail here is that I had a lot ...
asking me how to enable accents (tonous) on greek vowels (...
simple answer is to set the global variable LC_CTYPE=el_GR...
export it to the world. For example (in bash and sh):

export LC_CTYPE=el_GR.ISO8859-7

Then start X11 and you have accented characters (tonous).
