Problems with netbox

Hi Everyone,
I have recently installed Mandrake Linux 8.1 in my machine and I still
haven't found a way to install my isdn modem (netbox provided from OTE
for those who are familiar) to it.
I have tried the instructions that intracom gives but with no luck.
Does anyone have any ideas on hoe to install it?
