linux kai internet (antonis faragitakis)

How I can get my linux out to internet over a proxy server (nt)!?
Proxy server address is : 195.183.40.5
Im giving: route add default gw 195.183.40.5 eth0
But shit.,. what shall I do!? Any suggestion?! Any doc for reading!?

PS. Fuck office XP
