Just a few info.
a) the current version is only Object pascal Compiler
b) you need the QT libraries for any X development (no royalties on
giving your program to QT are necessary)
c) Intel procesors are supported.
d) The Price is way to expensive for a desktop Version 1 application
(Personal opinion flame as needed)
e) The Open Edition version will be creapled (no news in what will
actually make it in this Version)
   There are rumors that the debuger wan't make into the OE but nothing
oficial from Borland.


After all this I must state that the GPL version will be far better,
easier, and faster to develope than the 
current environments (GCC GDB etc)(Personal Opinion flame as needed).
