Conexant chipsets

Έκανα μιά επαλήθευση για τους 3 τύπους των Conexant chipsets (κυρίως για
τα USB).

Yes, I think the heading on this one is misleading.  This appears in
every
other respect to be a hardware modem.  Note that they say the chipset is
the same used in the "parallel RC56D" applications (such as ACF ISA
modems).

The R6789 chip used in this modem is part of the HCF-2 family.  So this
one's a winmodem.

This  one is the "Smart DAA" version of the HCF -- they are trying to
eliminate the small parts needed to interface with the phone line.

Yes, I think we are looking a one hardware modem and two controllerless
(HCF) modems.
