	Re the pronunciation of the Greek letters, are you talking
about the table in the back of the book? I'm sure every single
pronunciation there is thoroughly anglicized, not just mu and nu.
I guess I could put in a note saying that they're anglicized.
I know a lot of Brits say "beeta," which is closer to the
dimotiki pronunciation than the american "bayta." I can't
really teach my students to say "mi," because nobody would
understand them in the English-speaking world!
