Ίσως ... Πάντως, δεν "καθόρισα" κωδικοσελίδα, όταν ανοίγεις μιά σελίδα
και έχει το: 

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=iso-8859-7">

επιλέγεται αυτόματα αυτή (iso-8859-7) .... Τέλος πάντων, είπα όλα
διορθώθηκαν τώρα, μόνο έμεινε το titlebar του browser ...
