Όταν τις δηλώνεις λειτουργούν και όταν κάνεις reboot σταματάνε; Αν είναι
έτσι τότε ή έχεις καταστρέψει τα sciptάκια που πείραζες, ή δεν έχεις βάλει
κάποιο option στο linuxconf για να εγκαθιστά το interface κατά το boot.
Αλλιώς...κοίτα μήπως έχεις conflicting IRQs. Check το boot screen του BIOS
και το /proc/interrupts.
