Eκεί που δηλώνεις δίσκο primary master σβύσε το, διάλεξέ το πάλι και δήλωσε ως
filename το /dev/hda (ΧΩΡΙΣ το 1)

όταν κάνεις boot θα σου δείξει το γνωστό lilo (ή whatever)
