99% einai idi anoixto.
An den einai, tha prostheseis mia grammi gia to telnet sto inetd.conf ws eksis:

telnet  stream  tcp     nowait  root    /usr/sbin/tcpd  in.telnetd

Ayto isxyei an exeis tcp-wrappers. An den exeis, allazeis to /usr/sbin/tcpd me
/usr/sbin/in.telnetd

Prepei episis na yparxei sto /etc/services i grammi:

telnet          23/tcp
