Killing processes

Eίναι και η ps.
Π.χ. όταν θέλω να σκοτώσω το netscape που υποψιάζομαι ότι έχει παραμείνει στη
μνήμη παρ'όλο που το έχω κλείσει κάνω κάτι σαν 
ps ax | grep etsc
και ανάλογα τι βλέπω κάνω π.χ. kill -9 1000
( το -9 είναι απαραίτητο γιατί αλλιώς δεν κλείνει. Το 1000 είναι τυχαίο
νούμερο)
