Ποιος σου είπε οτι μπορείς να βάλεις iso_8859_7 στο LC_CTYPE?
Το LC_CTYPE μπορεί να είναι greek/el_GR/gr_GR ανάλογα με την libc
που έχεις, σε καμία περίπτωση δεν μπορεί να είναι iso_8859_7.
Κανε ένα unset LC_CTYPE, αν δεν καταλαβαίνεις τα παραπάνω.
