engineers with knowledge -
experience  in the challenging  areas of  embedded
software and  hardware :

 (A) Software Engineers

     The job position involves development of software
and firmware for embedded
     applications and device drivers.

     Required qualifications:
     - BS/MS in Comp. Engineering, Informatics, or
other Applied Science discipline.
     - Proven working knowledge of C/C++.
     - English fluency.

     Experience/knowledge in any of the following
areas is strongly desirable:
     - Device drivers development.
     - Real-Time software development.
     - Network protocols programming.
     - DSP Processing and algorithms.


(B) Design Engineers

     The job position involves the design of digital
high-speed ICs and cores
     using advanced CAD-tools and design techniques.

     Required qualifications
     - BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Comp. Science,
Electronics
          or other Applied Science discipline.
     - Proven knowledge of digital circuit design.
     - English fluency.

     Experience/knowledge in any of the following
areas is strongly desirable:
     - Hardware description languages
(Verilog/VHDL/..)
     - C/C++ for system level modeling
     - Processor architecture, network protocols
implementation.
     - Logic synthesis
     - IC back-end design
