Patch for greek on dosemu -0.97.10.0 over telnet

Hi
I made this patch so it would possible to type
greek (and possible other non-latin languages) 
over telnet with the help of a keymap (included).
I know it's an ungly patch ,but hey it works for me.
The only problem I have it is small omega (0xe0)
which for some strange reason it doesn't work.

Note the telnet client must do the key translation
from the local OS to  737 and vice versa.
