Unknown Ethernet card

Hi!

I saw a similar question in the mail archive
TOC (and HOTBOT also gave me some URLs for it), 
but the actual pages were missing.

So...

What card can it be:

	- PCI bus, made in Taiwan
	- 10baseT and BNC sockets
	- Winbond W89C940F chip
	- empty slot for a boot ROM
	- pretty small and simple board, no labels, 
	  notes serial numbers or anything on it

Help me please!!!
