Strato dokimase to e3hs:

1) cd sto directory pou einai ta cgi-bins tou httpd sou kai to tcl
scriptaki pou 8eleis na einai san cgi-bin.
2) vale san prwth grammh 
  #!/usr/local/bin/tclsh
  h pou einai engatesthmeno to tclsh sou (locate is your friend)
3) chmod a+rx <to_tcl_cgi_sou>

4) ..... et voila!
