mporeis va to ekteleseis apo command line, alla kai me execl() apo C
kwdika, ara ki o HTTPD sou dev prepei va exei problnma va to treksei.

P.S:	Dev kserw TCL, giati akoma dev exw brei ta lefta va parw kava
	kalo biblio, opote ta parapavw mporei kai va mnv eivai swsta.
