[Lbw2007] Skinakas Observatory excursion

I've just put the following on the registration system. The time is non
negotiable due to ongoing research activities. If we are to arrive at 
the top around 16:00 we have to leave Hersonissos at about 13:00 with 
our own (or rented) cars. No bus can reach the mountain top safely.

As it is a last minute thing, please update the reg system ASAP

The University of Crete has a telescope situated at a mountain top 2,5
hours drive away from Iraklio

Bus access to the place is not possible, people should have a car or
bike Due to low temperatures at the Skinakas altitude, warm clothes are
highly recommended. The time of the visit (16:00) is non-negotiable due
to ongoing research activities
