[Lbw2007] LBW 2007 cert event

Hi guys,

this year's LBW is less than 10 days away and we'd like to start
programming the CA-cert related things. Do you know if the assurers
listed in the following URL have solved any problems they may had in
joining the event? Will they be able to give enough points for people 
to become assurers themselves?

The only solid answer we have (at least of which I'm aware of) is a 
Greek assurer, George Dafermos, who's not listed in the wiki but will 
be joining the event and will be giving out 10 points - clearly not
enough to seed Greece
