There is no better way IMO. Let the user decide what to do instead of
trying to fix it somehow - there are too many possible scenarios. Let
the imapfilter be simple and configurable as it already is.
BTW, you mentioned some time ago that you are considering to make
imapfilter as a regular lua module - is this still valid?
