[imapfilter-devel] Patch for NTLM

I've created a patch for imapfilter-1.2.2 to allow for NTLM authentication.
 The user of this patch will need to download libntlm from
http://josefsson.org/libntlm   (I used version  0.3.12
).  Also username in the config.lua will need to be user@<Login Domain>.

If you would prefer the patch against CVS I can do that I just didn't have
handy.
