What do you mean by that?
This "\Flagged" flag is not some kind of lock to be used by IMAP clients
in order to indicate exclusive holding of a resource. All IMAP clients
can, for example, read a message's flags and determine whether this
specific flag is set.
If you mean that you may have configured another IMAP client that uses
this flag for some other purpose, that may conflict with the "whitelist"
functionality already described, then the only solution is to add
support to imapfilter for custom message flags.
