Its unacceptable when the program cries at every run for a
human input. Then no way to run the program in really
automaticed environment.

Well, when you assume this function is used on a server
where you aren't the root, it mostly means the program runs
in remote, and prolly you would like to run it automatically
even when you aren't logged into the server. In this case
asking for passwords is not only annoying but makes the
program unusable.
