Your messages were not deleted, but they were moved to a mailbox
called "inbox1", ie. IMAPFilter created a new folder and moved there all
messages from "INBOX".
It seems to me that you confuse folder groups (a group of one or more
mailboxes under a specific alias that is useful only when declaring a job)
and the mailbox that the move command moves messages to.
The move and copy commands do not use any folder groups already declared,
but just move/copy messages to a mailbox that may or not exist in the IMAP
mail server. It doesn't matter if this mailbox is mentioned anywhere in
the configuration file (eg. is an alias for a group of mailboxes exactly
like your setup).
