The changing the user-font in Control-Center bug

Akira Tagoh came up with a simple patch to the i18n problem 
described in
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62682

In this bug, the user-font change in the Control Center 
(gtk-theme-selector-capplet) was not having effect if the same
locale had a configuration file in /etc/gtk/
The configuration file in /etc/gtk/ would take precedent over the custom
font setting in ~/.gtkrc

The change is to specify "fontset=.." instead of "font=.." in ~/.gtkrc,
as described in the bug record.

Could someone bless this and apply the patch in CVS?
