Δεν ξέρω ακριβώς τι παίζει αλλά το όποιος προλάβει δεν ισχύει 100%. Η cosmote πήρε το whatsup.gr από χρήστη που το είχε 6 χρόνια, με την δικαιολογία ότι το what's up είναι "λεκτικά και ως απεικόνιση" ιδιοκτησία της cosmote.

Υποψιάζομαι ότι τα domains δεν υπόκεινται (σωστή λέξη??) στους όρους περί trademark. First come first served είναι.
